II. Performance and Uses
HB-365 is a highly efficient composite collector for zinc sulfide ore. It has good selectivity, showing high selectivity for zinc during the flotation of zinc sulfide ore, improving the grade and recovery rate of zinc. When used in the flotation of zinc sulfide ores containing precious metals such as gold and silver, it is particularly effective for gold and silver ores and fine-grained ores, improving gold and silver recovery. In flotation, it can replace conventional xanthates and dithiophosphates, improving the flotation process and reducing the amount of frother required. This reagent is non-toxic, has a slight odor, has a simple application process, and is an environmentally friendly reagent.
III. Packaging and Storage
HB-365 is packaged in plastic drums, 200kg per drum. It should be stored in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 12 months. A small amount of sediment at the bottom after prolonged storage is normal; shake well before use.
IV. Safety Precautions
HB-365 is weakly alkaline and corrosive to the skin. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. It is not flammable or explosive.
